  • The issue relates to a suspected mains water leak on internal pipework.

  • Full diagnostic testing can be carried out without restrictions (acoustic, tracer gas, thermal imaging, moisture mapping, etc.).

  • The property has independent control of its water supply, allowing us to isolate and confirm leak activity.

❌ No Find No Fee Does Not Apply When:

  • The issue relates to central heating leaks, underfloor heating, boiler faults, or system pressure loss.

  • The problem is found to be a building fabric issue (roofing, damp, condensation, guttering, structural water ingress, etc.).

  • Access is restricted or tests cannot be completed due to conditions on site.

  • The leak is external, shared, or on a supply we cannot fully isolate.

    Prompt response and making of appointments. Thorough and systematic. Very professional and personal manner. Solutions were stubbornly elusive but they pressed on without complaint until causes found. Showed impressive willingness to return to deal with further developments.
