Prompt response and making of appointments. Thorough and systematic. Very professional and personal manner. Solutions were stubbornly elusive but they pressed on without complaint until causes found. Showed impressive willingness to return to deal with further developments. They proved to be dedicated and committed to getting to the root of the problem. All at a fixed fee. We felt confident in leaving an obviously difficult situation in their hands. The two main people involved were Adam and Aaron who gave us a very good service.

He was absolutely superb, extremely prompt and was even early. He wore a mask due to Covid, took his shoes off. Very polite, efficient and all round lovely. Did his job properly and professionally. Adam was great

I would recommend this company especially there engineer  he was very thorough in his investigation, talked me through the steps and results. Very good !

Fantastic professional service. Adam did a thorough job to detect the leak under our brand new kitchen floor! Aaron came a few days later to do a tempory repair. Again very impressed with his work all very neat and tidy and explained in detail the problem. Good communication from Adam regarding the visits and time scales. Thank you!

Adam did a fantastic job. He was very good at his job and was very polite and friendly. He sorted out the central heating and his workmanship was great. Would certainly recommend .

Very grateful to Espy leak detection who arrived in the 2 hour slot as expected. He was extremely polite, well mannered and thoughtful to upholding Covid restrictions and social distancing. He was very thorough and efficient in detecting the leak using various bits of equipment. To our surprise the leak appears not to be coming from where we thought it was so we’re relieved to have called the experts in and would highly recommend to others.

Firstly Cory visited to quote for the management company. He was on time, smart and charming. He returned with Adam to help him establish the cause of the water leak in my ceiling. Again they were punctual, smart, and totally charming. They carried out the inspection efficiently, quickly and were a pleasure to have in my home. The report was emailed promptly too. Definitely a great find.

The guys were fantastic, such a joyful presence as well as being clearly talented at their job. They located two problems with our system within an hour. They were neat, clean and thorough and I can’t recommend them enough.

Aaron was very thorough in his work and explained what he was doing and his findings as he completed the job. Would recommend.

Adam came to our property did a thorough check and test of property, found leak in bathroom wall. A report was provided for insurance purposes. He was very courteous and was an absolutely pleasure to deal with.
